For those of you who aren't familiar with South Park, it is just south of North Park, which means that it is directly east of Balboa Park. It's a great little neighborhood with tons of cute craftsman homes and lots of independent restaurants, bars and retailers.Urban Gourmet Food & Market is a neighborhood store that sells organic and gluten-free groceries (plus regular stuff too) and also makes fresh sandwiches, salads and smoothies for dine-in or carry-out. They offer gluten-free sandwiches every day plus other gluten-free treats! The prices are very reasonable including buy one sandwich, get the second half-off on Mondays.
