I have not visited James House, but here is a review from a fellow gluten-free reader:
"The B&B is run by the sweetest lady you will ever meet Marie. She asked when we first got there if we had any allergies, so I told her about me being gluten free. She said that at least one person a month now makes this request and she would be happy to accommodate. She then was kind enough to go out and buy gluten free raisin bread and make french toast, gluten free yogurt, sausage and more. What an amazing experience!"
