The Prado Restaurant


I had lunch with a friend at the Prado Restaurant in Balboa Park a few days ago. I ordered the fish tacos and they were delicious. The fish was fresh and grilled which made it soft and succulent as opposed to a lot of fish tacos where the fish is dry and chewy. The corn tortillas were delicious and it also came with fresh jicama and shaved cabbage and warm smokey beans. Overall, it was delicious and had no hint of gluten anywhere. We sat outside on the beautiful patio and enjoyed the scenery. The service was excellent. The prices are a little high but I think it is worth it for a special treat.
