Expecting too much?

I think a gluten-free and dairy-free mac & cheese
is too much to ask for. I usually enjoy Amy's frozen
frozen entrees, but this one was an exception. I
did not enjoy the soy cheese mac & cheese at all but
I don't think it was Amy's fault. I have yet to find
a good dairy-free cheese. Most of them just taste
funky. If anyone knows a good gluten and dairy
free mac & cheese, I would love to hear about it!
